Youth
Pre-Apprenticeships

A 120-hour work-based learning experience. You earn a credential and earn a high school course credit.

Provides hands-on experience in a real workplace and helps students explore careers while building workplace skills and confidence.

Cohort groups in Fall, Spring and Summer.

Explore Pre-Apprenticeships

Registered Apprenticeships

Longer-term, advanced training in a specific career pathway that includes mentoring + leadership development.

Many registered apprenticeships lead to future employment with their host site and tuition-waiver opportunities at CCC&TI for related instruction.

Shadowing / Internships

These experiences introduce students to a workplace.

Opportunities range from a day visit to a few months’ placement.

  • Transportation Stipend - $150/month

  • Performance Bonus - $150/month eligible

  • $500 completion bonus for in-demand pathways

  • RISE Mentor to assist with securing placement and weekly guidance

  • On-the-job leadership development from experienced mentors

  • Career coaching throughout the program and beyond
