RISE Caldwell-Watauga recently joined the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce podcast to share how our program connects local employers with meaningful work-based learning and apprenticeship opportunities for high school students interested in careers in the trades, manufacturing, health care, and hospitality.
In the episode, our Executive Director, Tara Brossa, discusses how employers can become host sites for apprentices and how students and families can learn more about participating in RISE.
The conversation also highlights the INSPIRE grant, a valuable resource for Helene-impacted businesses navigating insurance reimbursement challenges.
